Shipping Policy

All items are enclosed in a protective mail lite bag and are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery which requires a signature on receipt. If you are not available to sign for your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card detailing collection instructions from your nearest post office depot. It shouldn't be possible to order items that are not in stock.  We will attempt to ship all purchases within 10 working days once payment has been received, there may be delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, we want you to shop with us again and so will aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as we can.

Return Policy

If your order isn't correct or damaged then please email enq@buymesilver.co.uk as soon as possible, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund at your request.  Any refunds due will be processed back onto the original card used for payment usually within 14 working days.  We do not accept refunds or exchanges of earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless they have been sent in error or are damaged.  Items returned for a refund must be returned in good condition, are unused, and with the original packaging and paperwork. The return post is non refundable, unless it was our mistake, and we strongly suggest you send them back using "signed for" delivery to ensure they do not get lost. The returned items must arrive to us within 21 days of our despatch date to you.
